Loyalty Card Information

We love our customers here at Dizzy Izzy. Without you we wouldn't have a great deal to do, and we like to keep busy!

So to say thank you we decided to start a loyalty card scheme. It's easy to join ... next time you order from us just add a loyalty card to your basket and we'll send one out to you with the order.

From that order onwards for every £5 you spend with us, here at thedizzyizzyshop.com, or at our Etsy and Ebay shops, you will receive a little sticker to stick on the card. Once you have collected 20 stickers we will send you a code for 20% off your next order (and a new loyalty card so you can begin collecting again!)

As with anything like this, there has to be a few rules so we all know where we stand! Please read the rest of this page before ordering your loyalty card.

How does it work?

Add a loyalty card to your basket when you next order from us. From then on for each full £5 you spend in each order we will send you a sticker for your loyalty card. The cost of postage and packaging does not count towards this spend. Once you have collected 20 stickers we will send you a code which you can use to get 20% off your next order at thedizzyizzyshop.com.

For example, if you spend £5.50 excluding postage and packaging you will receive 1 loyalty card sticker. If you spend £14.95 excluding postage and packaging you will receive 2 loyalty card stickers.

International orders / Paying in another currency.       

The loyalty card scheme is open to anyone, worldwide. If you are ordering and paying in a currency other than GBP the payment system you use (eg PayPal) will convert the transaction to GBP. It is this conversion that we will use to calculate how many stickers you have earned.

Your information

By ordering a loyalty card and joining the scheme you are agreeing to us holding your name, address, email address and order details on a database. This is solely for the purpose of administering the loyalty card scheme, and we will not share your information with anyone else. 

If you wish to have your details removed from the database please contact us to request this. Removing your details from the database will also mean that you are no longer part of the loyalty scheme. If you wish to re-join in future you will not be able to carry forward any previous spend.

Loyalty Card Emails

By ordering a loyalty card and joining the scheme you are agreeing to us adding you to our Loyalty Card Email List. We will send occasional emails about the loyalty card scheme, and offers and information applicable to Loyalty Card scheme members.

You can opt out of these emails at any point by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.

Redeeming your stickers & getting your discount code

Once you have collected 20 stickers we will automatically send you your 20% off code. You won't need to send us your completed card, though it is worth hanging onto it just in case something goes amiss ... we are only human after all! We will also send you a new loyalty card.

Using your discount code

Enter your discount code at the checkout next time you order to get 20% off. Unfortunately the code can't be redeemed in our Etsy or Ebay shops.

Other important stuff!

Our loyalty card and stickers have no monetary value and so cannot be exchanged for cash.

We cannot give you loyalty card stickers for orders placed before signing up to the loyalty card scheme.

We cannot combine order values to qualify for more loyalty card stickers.

Discount codes earned through the scheme will remain valid until they are used.

Discount codes earned through the scheme can only be used at thedizzyizzyshop.com, and each code can only be used once.

We reserve the right to close the loyalty card scheme at any point. If the scheme closes any discount codes earned and issued will remain valid until they are used.
